If you received a fragrance as a gift and would like to exchange it for a different fragrance, simply send the order to the following address:

IMPORTANT: Please include the card that was attached to your order and indicate which fragrance you would like to receive instead. If you no longer have the gift card, please include a note with the following information:
- the name
of the sender (if you received your order as a gift)
- your name
- the address to which we shipped your order
- your preferred fragrance
- the approximate date that you received the order
We will ship your replacement to you as soon as we receive the original order. Exchanges are always confidential. We will not inform the sender that you requested an exchange.
We're sorry but we can not pay the cost of return shipping for exchanges, but we will pay to send your exchanged item(s) back to you. If we receive an exchange order with a Bath-and-Body.com Merchandise Return Label on it, you will be billed for the cost of return shipping, which must be paid before we return your exchanged item(s) to you.
