Do you conduct any animal testing?
Absolutely not. Our products and ingredients are never animal tested. We have carefully selected suppliers that follow this same philosophy.


How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax of 7.5% is charged only on orders shipped to California addresses.  Tax for these orders is charged to products only - no tax is charged on shipping.


How much is shipping & handling?
Click here for our current shipping rates. Unless stated otherwise in the product description, it can be assumed that all products are in stock.  Orders placed before 12:00PM (PST), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship the same day.


What are the shipping options?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders ship Standard USPS or UPS Ground.   Delivery time for these orders is 3 to 7 days.  If you prefer, you may elect to upgrade to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air at an additional expense.  Shipping preferences can be specified on the payment page when you place your order. 


Do you ship outside the US?
Sorry but the cost of international shipping prohibits us from shipping outside the US. Also, due to recent restrictions placed on shipments to military addresses, we are temporarily suspending all orders to APO/FPO addresses. We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.


Why should I create an account?
Though you are not required to create a user account when you place an order, there are many reasons to do so.  The first is convenience.  When you return to Bath-and-Body.com (we hope it's very soon), all you will need to do is enter your username and password, and name, address and shipping information will be automatically retrieved.  Please rest assured that we do not record your credit card information in your personal profile. 

Another reason we use personal accounts is for our Referral Program.  When you refer your friends and family to Bath-and-Body.com, your account receives a credit that can be used towards the purchase of anything in our store. The referred customer must enter your e-mail address (the one you listed on your registered account) on the final purchase page in order for you to redeem the referral credit of 10% of their purchase price. Referral credit may only be redeemed for products available through Bath-and-Body.com.

Finally, your account allows you the option to receive our newsletter, which will inform you about new products and promotions.


Is it safe to buy over the Internet?
Absolutely.  Statistically speaking, it is safer to make purchases over the Internet than in a department store or restaurant.  Our site uses the latest 128-bit security encryption to make sure that nobody can intercept and decode the information you send to our secure server. 


What is your privacy policy?
Our privacy policy is simple...  Bath-and-Body.com will never sell or share your personal information with anybody.  Period.  How's that for privacy?


Do you guarantee your products?
Of course.  We understand that all people (and noses) are different, and not everyone will agree on what smells or feels great.  If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, just follow the "Return" instructions enclosed with your order. We will pay return shipping on all orders under $100 returned within 30 days. Orders over $150 will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
