ALLANTOIN Naturally derived from the Comfrey plant, Allantoin is a powerful skin protectant and anti-oxidant. PETROLATUM According to the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, White Petrolatum "prevents moisture loss, forms a protective barrier on the skin, penetrates every layer of the stratum corneum and assists damaged skin to repair itself." GLYCERINE A widely-used skin moisturizer naturally derived from plant sources. SAFFLOWER OIL Safflower is a commonly-used base oil due to its high protein, mineral and vitamin content. COMFREY EXTRACT Aside from its ability to work against signs of aging, it is often used for bites, stings, bruises, sprains and minor wounds OAK EXTRACT Oak bark was utilized traditionally to treat hemorrhoids, varicose veins, diarrhea, and cancer.
